Zapier integration to Clio only limited to Clio Manager?

Hi guys, we’re currently using the Clio grow version, and not the Clio manager, to manage and monitor our intake leads.

We would like to integrate Zapier to automate some processes, but it seems it only accepts Clio Manager accounts - when we try to link our account, it only shows the Clio Manager login access. When we try to modify the link to open Clio grow login, it doesn’t continue with the connection.

Looking at some resources at Clio website, it seems the integration is pretty limited.

I’ve looked into google as well, but so far there’s no adequate resources at hand. What we like to happen is for Zapier to read data from Clio grow and perform actions based on certain criteria.

Anyone who has had this problem, and perhaps saw a workaround? TIA!

Hi @VAJordz 

Most apps on Zapier are built and maintained by the app developers themselves.

You may want to open a ticket with Zapier Support to get confirmation about what Clio version the Clio Zap app integration works with: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

If your version is not supported via a Zap app integration, then you’d likely have to leverage the Clio API: https://app.clio.com/api/v4/documentation

[ADVANCED] App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

Thanks for reaching out. I took a quick peek and it does appear only Clio Manage is supported at the moment. 

I went ahead and added your vote for a Clio Grow integration to our internal app wishlist though! We'll be sure to let you know if and when this app is added to Zapier. In case you're curious, here's a read on how new services typically get added to Zapier. 

As Troy mentioned, in the meantime if you’re comfortable it’s possible to leverage Clio’s API and Zapier Webhooks to get ya what you need!
