Hi all, I have created an automation which sends notifications on slack whenever someone tags my business account.
But this integration is not working and I am not getting slack notifications even through creators are going live and tagging my business account.
Why would this automation not be working?

Hi there,
The zap is set up correctly as you can see in the image above. The tests are also working fine and I am getting the test messages on slack.
I am just not getting notifications on new media that tag our business which means the zap isn’t triggering when it should.
Let me know how we can solve this.

Are you seeing any errored Zap runs in the Zap history or is there no trace of it triggering at all? Just wondering if perhaps it’s triggering but encountering an error that’s then causing the messages to not be sent?
If there is an errored Zap run can you send us over a screenshot showing the full error that appears? Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.

From what you've mentioned, it sounds like the Zap isn't triggering automatically when there's a new tagged post on Instagram. Is that right?
To better assist you, could you please:
- Confirm if this error is indeed about the Zap not triggering automatically on a new tagged post.
- Share the link to a tagged post on Instagram that did not trigger the Zap.
Please note that if a post was pulled in as a sample into the Zap editor, the Zap won't also trigger on it.
If you’ve got any questions regarding their suggestion it would be best to continue the conversation with them over email. If you can’t locate their reply I’d recommend searching your spam/junk folder or searching your inbox for any emails from zapier.com in case. Sometimes their emails can end up in the spam/junk folder by accident.
