Zapier has been spinning endlessly for 3 days and does not work. It doesn't work now. If this is a problem on your part, please tell me when will it be fixed? and if this is a problem on the part of the user, then what needs to be done to make it work? I logged in from both browser and app, but still doesn't work. Even in other devices.

Yes. It seems to me that you do not understand my problem. Perhaps this is not your problem, but the problem of infinity developers, but they also do not answer

I can see you’ve had an opportunity to open a ticket with our support team, which is perfect. They will definitely be your best resource at this time as they’ll be able to dig into the logs for you.
It looks like they replied on Saturday, January 8th and had a few more questions for you. If you don’t see their reply, it might be worth double checking your spam/junk folder in case it’s ended up there by mistake. You could also search your whole email inbox for emails ending in ‘@zapier.com’. I hope this helps! Please keep us posted with any progress you’re able to make.

I’ve taken a look in Infinity and I’m not able to load any Zapier templates either. We don’t have a lot of insight as to what’s preventing them from being loading in Infinity, unfortunately. Since this is occurring on their end, Infinity’s Support team would be best placed to investigate this further.
In the meantime, I’ve not run into any issues on this side in being able to create Zaps that use Infinity. So if you log in to your Zapier account directly you should be able to set up Zaps using the Infinity app still. :)
