Hello,

 

I successfully connected my squarespace email form to my kajabi via zapier, but I have another email form I need to connect on squarespace. When I enter a new zap and test it successfully, it still says awaiting connection to Zapier in the squarespace storage. 

 

What am I missing here?

In Squarespace, the Zapier integration is a Premium feature available in Business and Commerce plans.

Note: You can connect Zapier to Form Blocks, Newsletter Blocks, and Cover Page forms. It's not possible to connect Zapier to other forms on your site.
