  1. Trigger: [Kajabi] - [Offer revoked]
  2. Action: [Skool] - [remove member]

I found the Kajabi to Skool zap (https://zapier.com/apps/kajabi/integrations/skool), and on the page it does state (see attachment):

“To manage subscription cancellations efficiently, set up triggers for cancellation events in Kajabi so they can initiate actions within Skool that adjust memberships accordingly to keep both platforms aligned.”

However, there seems to be no action that removes a member… only adding a member and after answering questions in skool.

Hi @CollacottChris,

Welcome to the Community.

Currently, Kajabi and Skool's Zapier integration lacks a direct action to remove a member, but a workaround involves using an intermediary app like Google Sheets. For example, revoking an offer in Kajabi updates a Google Sheet, triggering an action in Skool. The effectiveness of this approach depends on the apps' APIs, and feedback on this limitation is being shared with the product team. You can also request it to be added in the future by contacting our Support team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

I hope this helps! If you have further questions, feel free to ask us, and I'd be happy to assist further.

Hi JammerS!

I’m assuming it is now up to the Skool team to collaborate with you so you have enough “info” to perform that action?

I have to admit I’m a novice with these automations.

Hi @CollacottChris

That is correct. The application is being maintained and developed by the Developer of the application. You may contact our Support team to have it added to Skool’s integration with Zapier.

Hey @JammerS, thanks again for your response 🙂

I’ve discovered that the developer of the application has no intention of adding that feature - it is a strategic decision on their part. There is a hint they will remove Zapier altogether.

So does that mean game over?

Hi @CollacottChris,

I'm sorry to hear about the situation. Suppose the application developer you're using decides not to add another feature with Zapier. However, you may find alternative apps that offer similar features and work with Zapier, as over 3,000 supported apps exist. If the app has an API, you could use Zapier's Webhooks to create a custom integration. Feel free to share your needs, and suggestions or workarounds can be provided.

I really appreciate your help so far. The type of app I’m looking to use is so specific, that it is few and far between for one that fits our business. It so happens that this app is a great fit...other than what you know.

Again, thanks! I know I will find a way :)
