I am just curious, is there a way for me to have emails I receive from someone in my crm, to automatically load that email to my crm and notify me?

Possibly - although it will probably be quite clunky! Which CRM and email app do you use?


I use gmail and the customer factor

Pretty much. I send out confirmation emails and such through my crm. Customers will respond back to me, but I would like those emails to go to my crm so it can be put in the notes. I really don’t know if this is possible but if so, it would help tremendously.
