Hi community!

I would like to know if you got somehow the same issue.

I am trying to create a process in which:

  1. Every new member in memberstack appears (trigger)
  2. Creates the new member in the CMS in Webflow (action)
  3. Update the id of memberstack with the id from webflow (action)

My zap is ON, but is not receiving any information despite that in the test mode with 3 different new members it worked.

Anyone who experienced the same problem?

Hi @victorpaolo

Good question.

Have you referenced the available help article from Memberstack?

https://support.memberstack.com/hc/en-us/articles/4410447219995-Zapier-1000-Integrations

Make sure your Zap is ON.

Zaps only work while ON for new data going forward.

After testing live, check your Zap Runs for the DATA IN/OUT for each step to help you troubleshoot.

If the Zap is not triggering, then that is an issue with MS.

With a polling trigger, Zapier will check for new data from your trigger every 1 to 15 minutes in order to start your Zap, depending on your pricing plan.

Hey @victorpaolo! I just wanted to check in and see if you were able to test out Troy’s recommendation and if that resolved your issue?🙂

@TamRazzleDazzle Thanks for the follow up! Yes the answer from @Troy Tessalone is super useful!

Actually reviewing the Zap I found my error.

I would also add this list from YouTube that helps on that!

Thanks again!
