Hi @LHayden! I hope you don’t mind me splitting this to a new post so that it doesn’t get lost!

You can certainly trigger a Zap from a mention in Slack, you can also trigger one from any new message in a channel, or when an emoji is added as a reaction to a message (a ‘reacji’ is added). When you use these triggers, you’ll get the details of the message including which user posted it and a link to the message.
