The zaps purpose is to add lead to CRM from chatbot (Chaport) and submit conversion to google ads in case it came from one of the ad campaigns.

The zap has worked in the past and is working while testing, however when there’s a live chat it does not triggers. 

 

Any Idea how to fix this?

Try these troubleshooting tips…

  1. Is the Zap ON?
  2. Are you testing the right use case?
  3. Check your Zap Runs for triggered Zap with errors: https://zapier.com/app/history/

 

Otherwise, it may be helpful to post screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.
