I just want to confirm if I have a plan of 750 tasks and is close to be full then I saw this line below

“Monthly usage resets in 1 week” does this mean that I will be able to use again the 750 tasks after 1 week when the monthly usage resets?

I just want to confirm this so that I can be at peace.

Hi @Zap101 

Yes, that’s correct. In 1 week your billing cycle will reset and you’ll be able to use 750 tasks again. Note, unused tasks from one billing cycle do not carry over to the next cycle.

Is it correct to say if I’ve done 800 task in a billing month, assuming that my limit is 750 task, the remaining 50 tasks that were on hold, will be automatically executed in the next billing month?

Hi @Neda 

Yes, those tasks would play through once the new billing cycle starts, or if you upgrade to a higher plan.
