 Hi Community,

I am the manager of a children's Fitness and Edutainment facility by the name of Kids Unlimited. I am trying to integrate my member management software by the name of Clubworx (https://www.clubworx.com/) with Zoho Books.

At present I have managed to integrate the creation of a member from Clubworx to Zoho Books using the Zap below and it works well. However, I’m struggling to create a multizap where not just the member name is created on Zoho, but also the Membership package of the member is logged, along with the payment details. I would also want Zoho to generate an invoice and receipt for my members.

It would be very appreciated if someone could guide me in details of the steps and options I need to choose to have all the info described above linked and mapped seamlessly from Clubworx to Zoho. Also, if you know how I can map my POS sales items from Clubworx to Zoho Books. Thanks.

Note: My Zapier package allows multiple tasks.

Hi @Kids Unlimited

Review the available Zoho Books Zap app actions: https://zapier.com/apps/zoho-books/integrations#triggers-and-actions

Zap action: Zoho Books - Create Sales Invoice

Hey there, @Kids Unlimited👋

Did Troy’s reply help to point you in the right direction here? Seems like the Create Sales Invoice action they suggested would allow you to create the invoice. But I’m not seeing any “Create Receipt” type of actions available so you might need to reach out to our Support team here to put in a feature request for that sort of action to be added. In the meantime, if the Zoho Books API supports that sort of functionality you could potentially use an API Request action to create the receipt.

For your question about the POS sales items from Clubworx, I’m not seeing any triggers here that look like they’re a good fit. So again you might need to reach out to our Support team to put in a new feature request for a new trigger to be added. That said, if you’re looking to record when a sale happens via your POS, perhaps you can trigger the Zap directly from the payment provider instead—like Stripe or PayPal for example. You can view the full list of Payment Processing type of apps we support here: https://zapier.com/apps/categories/payment-processing

Hope that helps. Let us know if you ran into any snags when setting things up or have any further questions! 🙂
