Zap delay (if button inside email is clicked) do next ACTION A or ACTION B

Need help with STEP 4 initiating a zap based on action taken inside an email zap

Step 1: FB Lead comes in, zap to send lead to google sheet

Step 2: round robin zap to initiate office 365 email to agents

Step 3: when email received by agent, body of email has ACCEPT or DECLINE buttons (via HTML)

Step 4: Trying to create a zap that will allow me to take ACTION A if Accept button is clicked OR ACTION B if decline button is clicked.

Action A - would stop

Action B - would go on to the next in the round robin zap in step 2

You would need to do link tracking of some sorts.

What url is each button supposed to click thru to?

You could use a webhook, but that’s not a good user experience as the link clicks thru to a cryptic code page.
