Would it be possible to create a zap that when somebody purchases a certain product via WooCommerce, this person is automatically added to a certain relation list in Laposta.

Example: somebody orders a sofa and will therefore be added to the relations in Laposta that also ordered sofas (in order to automatically receive follow up emails re. interior furniture). And when somebody orders a garden table this person will be added to another relation list in Laposta.

Using Zapier, you can automate adding WooCommerce customers to specific Laposta relation lists. Set up a Zap with WooCommerce's "New Order" as the trigger, then add a filter to ensure the Zap only runs for specific products. Next, set Laposta as the action and choose "Add or Edit a Relation," mapping relevant customer details. Test the Zap, turn it on, and repeat the process for different products and lists as needed.

Many thanks for your answer. Quick additional questions in order to inform my client correctly: this is a free Zap, isn't it?

And could the trigger be “payment recieved for a certain product”? This to send download details only when payment has been recieved.

You can create a Zap for free, but the free Zapier plan limits the number of tasks and active Zaps. More complex workflows or premium apps may require a paid plan. To trigger a Zap when a payment is received for a specific product, check if your payment platform (for example, PayPal, Stripe, Square) supports this trigger in Zapier. If supported, you can set up an action step to send the download details after payment.
