Hi. I’m looking to create a zap between Square Space and Active Campaign. In SS I have a form with a handful of fields but one has a multiple choice (only one answer allowed). When the form is submitted the zap will create or update a contact in AC and I want it to add which of the multiple choice answers is selected into the custom contact field. Right now it’s asking me to select which answer but only allows a single one that defeats the purpose as the answer selected will determine what next actions are taken.
Is there a way to have the form field pass into AC via the zap as I’d like, do I need to create multiple custom contact fields and have multiple steps to the zap, or another method I haven’t looked at?

Help us have context about what you are referring to by posting screenshots showing the DATA OUT from Squarespace that you are trying to use and how you are trying to use it in the AC Zap step field.

And if not, it might be that you need to change the field settings or type in ActiveCampaign so that it’s able to accept more than one value. 🤔 But if you can share some screenshots as Troy mentioned that’ll give us a bit more context on the situation so we can advise further. Just be sure to use a tool like Zappy to remove any personal info like names, emails etc. before sharing.
