How do I zap already scheduled appointments on Acuity to Google Sheets?

I’m afraid that, it’s not possible to use Zapier to move existing events from Acuity to Google Sheets. Generally speaking, Zaps are designed to move information when an event happens as opposed to moving existing information.
You can use Transfer to move existing data, but Transfer doesn’t currently work with Acuity, so that isn’t a help here, sorry about that. If the events are in a Google Calendar, that does work with Transfer so you could move existing events that way. You can also use this form to suggest that Acuity is added to Transfer.
