Zap action to retrieve data in sheets

Hi all.

 

I have a zap where it insert the row to the sheets whenever there is form submission.

 

However, I would like to create another zap to retrieve all the data of the row in the sheets.

The trigger action is row inserted in sheets, then send email.

 

But when I test trigger, it shows only the row and ID, no other data anymore.

 

The reason for having two separate zap is because I have some columns in the sheets that set the value through the formula.

 

Is there any suggestion or solution for this?

Hey @SWYN Happy to help here! Are you able to double check that your Google Sheet is in the following format and that you have the correct Spreadsheet and worksheet selected?: https://zapier.com/help/create/format/work-with-google-sheets-in-zaps#make-sure-the-first-row-is-a-header-row-with-column-names

Also, is there an existing row you have filled out there? If so, and your sheet is formatted correctly, we should be able to find this row when testing the Zap.
