before i got block from their messenger they told me if i want to upgrade to professional 2000 for better support wow world class customer service yeah right

I had a look in the system and it spotted you had a recent Community post in another topic that was inadvertedly caught by the Community’s spam filter - sorry about that! Zapier defintely does not claim to be above the law in any way. I had a look at your Support tickets and it appears that your account’s business use of Zapier didn’t qualify you for a refund. As the team are unable to action a refund for you, it may be worth reaching out to your bank or credit card provider to file a dispute.

I’m guessing that you referring to the live chat feature, right? Support over live chat is only available to folks on a Professional 2k tasks/month+ plan or higher, so if you’re on a lower plan then that would be why you’re unable to access live chat:
