We are using the Yith Request A Quote plugin with WooCommerce to get quote requests from customers. We are trying to use Zapier to send customer information (from the Yith form) and product information and quantites to Spiro. 

Currently we are using a Create Opportunity (Contact) to Spiro for the contact info and we are trying to use an Update Opportunity for the product information, but we’re having issues mapping the Update correctly. 

Is this the best way to do this? And if not, what’s a better way? 

Apologies if we’ve got any terminology incorrect, we’re new to using Zapier for something like this.

For us to have more info about what you are referring to post screenshots showing:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in the CONFIGURE tab while in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible
  • any encountered errors

You may want to look into using Create List Entity Record( Under Opportunity) action to handle for multiple products and to tie them to one parent opportunity. Here is the link for Spiro integration in Zapier-https://zapier.com/apps/spiro/integrations

 


You should also look into Looping by Zapier action so that you can loop over multiple products and update each of them in the opportunity. Your flow will look something like this-

  • WooCommerce Order Trigger
  • Create Opportunity( Contact Action)
  • Looping by Zapier
  • Create List Entity Record( Under Opportunity)


This is a sample flow and the exact one depends a lot on your requirements as workflows are personalized to user needs. Hope it helps!
