Hi,

When an order is shipped from Veeqo, I want to send the customer an email from Wix. I’ve looked at the integrations and Veeqo has the correct trigger but Wix doesn’t have the correct action, Wix only has triggers not actions.

Does this simply mean what I am trying to automate is not possible?

Welcome to the Community.

 

Wix currently only supports triggers, not actions, in Zapier, meaning it can start workflows but can't receive them. To automate sending emails, you can use another service like Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, or Mailgun as a workaround, ensuring the email appears to originate from your Wix site.
