I have created an app through my WIX website but I can't get the app to communicate with Aesthetic Record. How could I integrate the two so that appointments made through my Wix created app will update to my Aesthetic Record bookings?

Just came across your post here and wanted to check how it went with Aesthetic Record EMR’s Support team. Were they able to help point you in the right direction? If they did, would you be open to sharing some details on what the solution was? This could be super helpful for folks wanting to achieve the same thing! 🙏
And if not, it might be worth reaching out to our Support Team here to put in a feature request for an “Create Appointment” sort of action to be added. This will allow us to flag the need for that sort of action to the developers of the Aesthetic Record EMR app, so they can consider adding it in the future.
In the meantime, can the Aesthetic Record bookings calendar by automatically synced to a third-party calendar? Like Google Calendar for example. If they can, then perhaps you could add the bookings that are captured by Wix to the calendar using a “Create Event” sort of action in the Zap. Do you think that sort of approach could work here?
