Why is one zap 'INSTANT' and the other one not?

Hi all, I have a question: I am running two zaps.

One is Calendly > ActiveCampaign, this one works INSTANT
The other one is Paypro > Kajabi, this one doesn’t work instant…

I want to have both zaps work INSTANT, how can I do this?
