I have a form submission trigger step that includes various custom field data into a comma-delimited text string.
See the attached image “output from trigger” - specifically the fields Custom Fields Value, and Custom Fields Name. As you can see there are about 12 custom fields.
I’m trying to extract the data from just one of those custom fields, Coupon Code. I thought I could just create a Formatter step with Utilities > Line Itemizer, however when I try to do that, all of the empty values and commas in Custom Fields Value are removed. See attached image “input to formatter”. So the Line Itemizer is unable to correctly match up custom field names and values, as it now thinks there are just 5 values in “Custom Fields Values”.
It seems that these commas are being removed somewhere between the output from the trigger step, and the input to the formatter step. How can I make this work?
