My Facebook lead from a Messenger campaign is going into Salesforce but it’s coming up under a Test Campaign rather than the Campaign I assigned it to.

A test campaign in Salesforce?

Perhaps it’s best to clarify by providing screenshots.

The leads are coming in all right. But they’re going into “Test Campaign #2” rather than the Campaign that I want it to go into.

Check your Zap action step settings for what Campaign is being selected.

@Troy Tessalone yeah I assigned it to a different Campaign and it keeps showing up as “Test Campaign #2” on Salesforce

Check Salesforce, there may be a Workflow Rule that is changing the Campaign.

Look at the history log of the record in Salesforce.

Also check the Zapier Task History Details to make sure the proper value is being set for the Campaign when the Zap processes, that will help you isolate where the discrepancy is.

@Troy Tessalone Just checked. There are no Workflow Rules.

Without seeing screenshots of how your Zap Salesforce Step is configured or screenshots from the DATA IN/OUT of the Salesforce step in the Zapier Task History there is only so much that can be troubleshot.
