I set the Zap which is create the event to google calendar from google sheet.
It change the date data as below.
What is the problem and how can I resolve this issue?

Basically, Zapier/Google Sheets doesn’t understand that input date format, so it just defaults to using today's date.
You should be able to use a “Formatter->Date/Time->Format” step to correct the format before you send it:
