Most Zap apps are created and maintained by the app developer on the Zapier Platform, rather than being managed by Zapier, so best to reach out to Workday and encourage them to build a Zap app integration.

The other way to integrate is to leverage the Workday API: https://community.workday.com/api

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Code app or Webhooks app.

While we don’t have a timeline to offer, I have added your vote for a Workday integration to our internal app wishlist! We'll be sure to keep you in the loop if and when this is added to Zapier. In case you're interested, here's more info on how new services typically get added.

As Troy pointed out until this becomes available, there is always the option of using Webhooks by Zapier and the Workday API as a workaround.
