I am trying to create a Zap between my Google Sheet → Trello

Workflow. 
I’ve a checkbox in Google sheet that is currently disabled. 

 

When I enable this checkbox, a task has to be created in Trello within the List - Support guides completed

 

Currently, the Zap isn’t working when I enable the checkbox. 

For the Zap, I’ve enabled this as the trigger : New or Updated Spreadsheet row. 
 

The column for trigger is : Article updated (checkbox) 
 

 

 

Not sure why it isn’t working. Would be great if I could get a workaround.

Had that checkbox been checked previously and had that row been brought into the Zap as a test record when you were setting up the Zap originally? If so, I’m wondering if it’s not triggering because it’s already “seen” that specific checkbox ticked for that row.
 
Can you try the following steps:

  1. Turn the Zap off.
  2. Unselect the checkbox in the spreadsheet.
  3. Then turn the Zap back on.
  4. Reselect the checkbox.


Can you give that a try and let us know whether that sorts it?
