The actions are of same app but some updates are done by Zapier or Quickbooks teams that is why you are been told to update that action-
Here is what i will suggest.
- Add a new action below your existing action of QB - Create Invoice
- Now add a new action Quickbooks → Create Invoice
- Check what values are mapped in previous version action and map the same in the new action.
