What is the process to integrate Freshcaller with Jira Service Management?

I am not able to trigger in fresh caller. What exactly is the process after adding the API key and domain name and connecting fresh caller with Zapier.

My goal is to integrate freshcaller with Jira Service manager

Hi @Venkatesh Oruganti!

Could you tell us a bit more about what you’re trying to do with Fresh Caller? Below are the triggers for FreshCaller - that means that these are the things that can happen in FreshCaller that will start a Zap. 

 

A good way to think about Zaps is ‘When X happens in FreshCaller, I want Y to happen in Jira Service Manager’, are you able to describe what you’re looking to do in those terms?
