I think it’s working similarly. What is the big difference between them?

Hi @nanasan,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

Filters allow Zaps to only perform actions on the items you want. With filters, you set a specific condition and the Zap will only continue if the data from your app meets that condition. You can learn more about Filter By Zapier here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496276332557-Add-conditions-to-Zaps-with-filters

The Search actions are a way to find existing data in your apps that later actions in your Zap can reference and use. You can learn more about search actions in Zapier here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496241402253-Search-for-existing-data-in-Zaps#1-add-a-search-action-0-0

With that said, Filters and Search serve different purposes: Filters decide if a Zap should proceed based on criteria, while Searches actively find and potentially utilize data within your apps.

Hopefully, this helps!
