Using the filter/path function with Google Forms

Hi there, 

 

this is my first zap and I cannot figure the filter function out. I’m using google forms and I want my clients to receive a different e-mail for when they click “yes” or “no” to certain questions. However, I don’t understand how to use the filter/path function as in my google forms they are multiple choice/dropdown questions. The “(Text) Contains - yes” is not working. How do I fix this?
