Using SMS Reminder with two different zaps

I want to collect phone numbers on a thank you page using lead page and add them to Keap, for an evergreen webinar. 

Then have a Zap that sends their details to a SMS platform like clicksend or Twillo. 
 

At the same time i want to have a Zap from Demio (automated webinar software) that sends the timing of the webinar registered to Twillo or clicksend, so when it comes time for the reminder SMS it knows when to send. 

Is that possible?
 

**Yes i can collect the number directly through demio, however i want to do it on the thank you page not in the embedded form.
