Hi there :)

I hope someone could help me on this issue.

I tried to setup a Zap that saves the approved PDF documents in my PandaDoc into a specific GDrive folder.

Issue: It keeps showing the error message “Access Denied”

Could you tell me how I can fix this?

Thank you for your help

Check your GDrive app authentication in Zapier here: https://zapier.com/app/connections

Hi @SamanthaYT - As Troy mentioned, you need to double check that you have the right authentication to Google Drive and your PandaDoc access. Is this file protected in some way? Or in a private folder either in PandaDoc or Google Drive? I’m not familiar with PandaDoc so it’s likely you’ll also need to check with them on sharing permissions for this to work.

I started having the same problem today. It was working fine for several months but then all of the sudden I am now receiving the error message that access is denied.

I verified that my account has access to the shared drive and I can access the shared drive when using a Zap that does not upload a file. It seems to be specific to uploading a file.

Thanks,

Vince.
