Updating Downloaded Leads From Bark.com into a Google Sheet

I am trying to update the information for my Bark.com leads after I have previously downloaded, into a google sheet, the details of the leads. So I have the ID numbers of the lead but I cannot match them so I can get a updated information for the lead.

 

How do I automate the update process so that my google sheets shows the latest information relating to the leads.
