Hi
It doesn't seem that Zapier has a native integration with the "update a ticket status" api when it comes to Hubspot.
However, with the Hubspot API, and a POST webhook step in Zapier, you can more than likely achieve what you're wanting to do.
You need to have some familiarity with how POST requests work within Zapier's webhooks, or hire a Zapier Expert (like me!) to complete it for you.
