Update Google Sheets when Schedule Date Arrives (Calendly/Google Calendar)

I have a google sheet tracker for our podcast scheduled booking calls. 
Our Calendly is connected with Google Calendar.
I’m trying to figure out a way where I can make this happen:

Only when scheduled booking call arrives, create a row in Google sheet with the date, name, email, etc. based on Calendly information.

Can someone please help? Thank you!

Here is how I see the Zap for the workflow that you have in mind:

  1. Trigger: Calendly (Invitee Created)
  2. Action: Google Sheets (Create Spreadsheet Row)

Additionally, Google Sheets requires you to setup your spreadsheet in a very specific way, by adding headers to the columns in your spreadsheet. You can read more about that here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496276985101-Work-with-Google-Sheets-in-Zaps
