Unable to find the Undeposited Funds account in Quickbooks

When clicking on the dropdown for the list of account in Quickbooks Online the Undeposited Funds account is not listed.  Is there any way to access this account?  Thanks!

Hi ​@SWYH,

I noticed that you might be using an outdated version of QuickBooks Online. Could you please try updating the QuickBooks Online step to the latest version? You can learn more on how to update the app to the latest version here: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/18755649454989-Update-to-the-latest-app-version-in-Zaps

Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing which Zap trigger/action you are trying to use along with the field in question.

Hello, this is for the Quickbooks Online Create Sales Receipt zap as seen in the screenshot.  Thanks for the help!

Ken, thank you for the tip!  I updated to the latest version and that account is now available in the dropdown.
