My Zap to connect Wix Automations and Docusign was working fine, but now im getting this error and im not sure what it means:

Unable to fetch refresh token: invalid_grant.

Can someone help?

Hi @hannahlanelle 

 

The error looks like associated with your Wix connection. Here’s what you can try:

  1. Reconnect your Wix account
  2. Log out from Zapier and then log in again

If it doesn’t help, use the Webhook option in Wix automation and use “webhook by zapier” in Zapier to get the webhook URL.

That way you can send same data to zapier without using Wix app in zapier.
