Typeform > Hubspot - PDF document

Hello there,

I want my zap to take a PDF document that is being uploaded through a Typeform and upload it to Hubspot.

  1. Someone answers the typeform and uploads a PDF document
  2. Goal : The hubspot contact property that I defined as an attachment file contains the PDF document

I tried several times and it seems Zapier does not recognise the document. Have you ever tried to do something similar ? Do you know how I can find a solution / alternative ?

Thank you

Hi @OrderLuko, uploading a file is not a Action within the Hubspot integration: https://zapier.com/apps/hubspot/integrations

Are you getting an URL for the document from Typeform? A workaround could be to post the URL as a note (create engagement) within Hubspot.

One workaround you could try is to log a “fake” email with the pdf as attachment and send it to the forwarding address: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/settings/log-email-in-your-crm-with-the-bcc-or-forwarding-address

The pdf should then show up under the attachments in Hubspot CRM associated to the contact

With “fake” I mean is that you probably should create a false forwarding section so it get’s logged to the right contact:

Hello @MarijnVerdult !

Thanks for your answer, I’ll try to trigger an automatic email containing the attachment so that it is associated to the contact in Hubspot.

@OrderLuko - keep us posted, curious to hear if you get it to work!
