Trying to add VOIP atumation from NEXTIVA phone to Monday.com

I will attach a screen grab but it is a cloud based phone system, Nextiva, I use for my sales team I am attempting to integrate and have functional in monday.com I really need this set up ASAP so any insight would be helpful
