3 Step Zap

 

Step 1. Invitee created in calendly

Step 2. Find record in airtable (cross referencing email)

Step 3. Update record in airtable with appointment start time in the appointment time column on airtable..

 

First 2 steps done without errors, test and review step 3 and.. failure..

 

With this error

Make sure that the information exists and that the field values used in this step are entered correctly. We made a request to api.airtable.com and received (404) Not Found.Learn how to fix

Yep! Here it is

So, in the “Record” field, instead of mapping the ‘Email’ field, you need to map the ‘ID’ field from step 2.
