Hi everyone,
I’m trying to set up this Zap to register new attendees to my webinar, after the webinar concluded. And send their details to HubSpot.
However, after multiple testing, it doesn’t record new attendees, and I don’t see any errors. I clicked find new records, but nothing shows up except the example one
.

Zap trigger is instant via webhooks.

You need to have the Zap step open when there is new line attendance in Crowdcast to be able to pull thru more examples.

Thank you Troy. I have the Zap open when there is new live attendance. It still cannot pull that record over to Zap, so I think it might be Crowdcast problem to identify a webinar has ended and a new attendee watched the replay. We decided to use a workaround with this and not capture the leads through Crowdcast, so all good. Thank you tho!
