Does the Zapier trigger - Updated Jobs by Simpro, pick all the updated jobs at the same time or pick updated job one at a time?

What are your suggestions if I want to pick all the updated job at the same time?

The trigger is Job updated so it would be for the single job. It would make more sense to be per update as most use cases for needing the information would be immediately on the update.

If there a specific reason you want all updates at once rather than dealing with them in sequence, you’ll probably need an intermediary step to collect them.

If you want all updates over say 24 hours you could use a google sheet as intermediary storage for each update as they happen and then collect and sort the rows in a second zap triggered daily.

Hi @KYC

Most Zap app triggers/actions work on a per record basis, unless otherwise stated that line items are supported, meaning multiple records.

If you are trying to get 1+ records from Simpro, then you would have to explore using the Simpro API: https://developer.simprogroup.com/apidoc/
