Trigger an email if I didn't receive one

Hello All! Is it possible to send an email to someone if someone hasn’t sent you one in a certain time period? Here’s the scenario:

My office is supposed to forward my snail mail each week, but sometimes they forget to email me and send it via snail mail. I don’t want to follow up each week, so is there a way to send an email only if they haven’t emailed me that week confirming that my mail was sent?

Thank you so much!

Hi @KStudy

Good question.

You’d have to log the desired emails somewhere like in an Airtable Base.

Then you can configure formula logic to determine the number of days since the record was last updated.

You can use that to trigger a Zap.
