Hi,
I am collecting leads from Meta -asking them for opt-ins, to be transferred into Microsoft Dynamics. E-mail is mandatory, Phone and SMS optional.
My Zapier setup:
On Zapier, e-mail will be set as a set value - False, because our CRM is configured with the fields Do not allow Comms (confusing I know).
But if someone opts in Phone, for example, the value is Yes - which is wrong as it is not giving the optin.
So to change this, I have created this Formatter step:
The step is validated:
However, the value of this field in the final step to create a lead in Dynamics does not seem to be changing:

- am I using the right Zapier function to transform the data value?
- and if not, how would I do it?
- any suggestions to make it work?
