Hello, we are wondering is it possible to use Zapier to transfer a call recording that was recorded using Einstein's Conversation Insights from one SF instance to another?

Hi @BusOpWS

It is possible to have 2 app account connections for the same app connected to Zapier: https://zapier.com/app/connections

TIP: Follow these suggestions to connect the app accounts:

You will need to determine the record type to use for the data you are trying to transfer.

Sometimes the only way to know is to configure and test.

Thank you @Troy Tessalone  for your quick response. We are already syncing records (accounts, Opps, contacts, etc) from one SF Org to another with Zapier. But we aren’t sure if we can specifically send SF call recordings from one org to another. Are you saying that is possible?

@BusOpWS

I don’t know as each Salesforce instance is configured a bit differently and it can depend on the connected app accounts and the permissions/settings.

If those are an available record type to use in the Zap steps, then it would be possible.
