Trying to transfer a multi-line order or multi- item order from Ecwid to Zoho Books. apparently this was a feature that was gonna be developed I don't know whether it has been finished.

if u are interested there are a couple of workarounds firstly you can make an invoice for every line of the order that is separate invoices secondly you could populate with a static entry ie. subtotal price before tax in the line item
re. Formatter I can't use on my plan which I think is essential for multi lines at the moment
