Transferring a contact from affinity to a hubspot list using fields

Hi

I want to connect add people from affinity to my hubspot lists using field types.

For example:
I have a wealth management list that has 100 people in there. I cant transfer all 100 people to my hubspot list because they have to have a certain contact status to be able to to be qualified leads and therefore transferred across. The image below shows the fields and tags that the contact can have to be able to be transferred over. Can zapier transfer a contact over once a contact has any of these fields ticked to a particular list in hubspot?

Hi Troy, I’d tried adding a filter, but the field that i want added doesnt show up on the list.

For example, in the image below (using Affinity CRM) i want the contacts contact status to be checked as either a qualified prospect, client, I am a wholesale or institutional investor etc) to be checked. If the contact has any of these, then I would like zapier to move it to a list in hubspot.

Currently the filter options in zapier is limited with the fields selection and I cannot choose the contact status at all, is there anyway you can help me?

You can try adding an Affinity “Find” step as Zap step 2 to see if that returns the desired data points to then filter by.

Otherwise, you probably have to explore using the Affinity API to retrieve that info about the record.
