How can I migrate my notes from Notion to OneNote?  I’m trying to do so with Zapier.

Hey @earthwalker7,

Are they all stored in the same page? Then you can use Get Page and Children action to get all your notes. If not you will have loop through all the pages as well.

Your workflow will look something like this-

  • Schedule by Zapier
  • Get Page and Children action
  • Looping by Zapier
  • Create Note action

Here is a helpful article about Looping in Zapier- https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496106701453-Loop-your-Zap-actions

This is a sample workflow and you may need to add extra actions like Filter, Formatter etc as workflows are usually personalized to user’s needs. Hope it helps.

PS: If you need more active help, I’m happy to connect through my Zapier Solution Partner page if you’d like to reach out here- https://zapier.com/partnerdirectory/automation-jinn

I have hundreds of notes in Notion already. I don’t need a workflow that moves the note one time from Notion to OneNote. I need to export from Notion (done already) and then import into OneNote (that part is harder).

Hey @earthwalker7,

If you want to do the migration using Zapier, you probably will have to use the workflow approach only.

You can also import that file that you exported from Notion into Zapier tables/ Google Sheets as an intermediary step and trigger it from there to create notes in Notion. Hope it helps!
