The media could not be sent to Instagram for Business. why?

Can you show us a screenshot of where you’re seeing that error?
Hi @pavank, it looks like there’s a permission setting that needs to be changed for the Zap to work. This help guide has more information on the permissions that you need to use the Instagram for Business Zapier integration: https://zapier.com/help/doc/common-problems-instagram-for-business-zapier
That should get you pointed in the right direction but if you still need a hand then the best thing to do would be to contact the Zapier Support Team as they will be able to take a closer look at your Zap with you. You can do that using the Get Help form: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
