Test Trigger (error) a reaction could not be found

It doesn’t seem to matter which reaction I put into the channel, I get the same error - any ideas what’s going on?

Hi @MichDD

Please clarify what apps you are using in your Zap.

Please provide screenshots with how your Zap steps are configured.

Hey @MichDD,

Welcome to the Community! :)

Hmm, it looks like the Zap is having trouble finding a sample message from Slack. Try skipping the trigger test by clicking the Skip test button:

Then continue setting up your Zap using the default sample from Slack.

Once you’ve finished setting up the Zap switch it on and react with that :slack: emoji on a message to see if it correctly triggers the Zap?

Thanks all, I managed to get it working, not sure what I did differently (if anything).  Likely problem was between the keyboard and the chair.
